Pet Parent Bundle: Emergency Binder + Sitter Pack

Most pet families need two kinds of paperwork. One is the big picture: medical records, insurance, an evacuation plan, and what happens if a pet goes missing. The other is the everyday handoff for whoever is feeding the dog this weekend.

This bundle gives you both, in the same calm Helping Hands design, for less than buying them one at a time.

Who it is for

• Households with dogs, cats, or several pets
• Families who travel and use sitters or relatives
• People in disaster-prone areas who want a full plan
• A thoughtful gift for a new or busy pet owner

What's inside

• Pet Emergency Binder (21 pages). Pet profiles, vet and emergency contacts, medication and records logs, insurance details, a go-bag checklist, an evacuation plan, caregiver instructions, and lost pet steps.
• Pet Sitter Handoff Pack (11 pages). Pet cards, feeding and treat rules, a meds grid, house access, routines, an emergency page, lost pet steps, and a sitter daily log.

Want just one? See the Pet Emergency Binder or the Pet Sitter Handoff Pack.

How to use it

1. Fill in the binder first. It holds the facts that rarely change.
2. Before each trip, fill in the sitter pack using facts from the binder.
3. Keep the binder with your go-bag and the sitter pack on the fridge.

What it is not

• Not veterinary advice, a treatment plan, or a legal document.

Frequently asked questions

What is in the Pet Parent Bundle?

The bundle includes two printable PDFs: the 21-page Pet Emergency Binder for records, insurance, and evacuation planning, and the 11-page Pet Sitter Handoff Pack for daily instructions when someone else cares for your pets. Together that is 32 pages in the same large-print Helping Hands design, delivered as one download on Etsy.

Do I save money buying the bundle?

Yes. The bundle costs less than buying the Pet Emergency Binder and the Pet Sitter Handoff Pack as two separate listings. Prices are shown on each product page and on Etsy at checkout. If you already own one of the two, it may make more sense to buy only the other one.

Is the Pet Parent Bundle a physical product?

No. The Pet Parent Bundle is a digital PDF download (2 PDFs, 32 pages, US Letter size). Nothing is shipped to you. After you buy on Etsy, the file is ready right away under You, then Purchases, on Etsy.com. You print it at home or at a copy shop and keep it in a binder or folder.

Can I type into the PDF or do I fill it in by hand?

You fill it in by hand. Our kits are print-and-write PDFs with large, roomy lines, not fillable forms. Many families find that writing by hand at the kitchen table is faster and easier to share. Print in color or black and white, at 100% (Actual Size) on US Letter paper.

How do I download my file after buying on Etsy?

Sign in on Etsy.com in a web browser, open You, then Purchases, and choose Download Files next to your order. A computer browser is usually easiest because the Etsy app does not always open PDFs. If anything will not open, message us on Etsy and we will help you get it.

Can I print more than one copy for my family?

Yes. You can print as many copies as your own household needs, for example a spare for the fridge, the car, or a family member who helps out. The file is for personal and family use, so please do not resell it, share it publicly, or hand out copies to other households.

Please note: This printable is an organizational and educational tool only. It is not veterinary, medical, or legal advice. Always follow your own veterinarian. Phone numbers and official guidance can change, so confirm them on the official sites linked here.
